Shipping policies

Shipping Costs: Our rates include product costs & shipping fees to the USA and Canadá.
Shipping Zones: We ship coffee to the United States and Canadá (contact us for other European or Asian countries).
Estimated Delivery Time: Shipments can take from 5 to 15 business days to reach their destination after the date you received a tracking number or notification that it has been sent from Costa Rica.
Shipping Methods: We ship your order via DHL Express.
Shipment Tracking: You will receive a tracking number to check the status of your order.
Return and Refund Policy: Please contact us if you are not satisfied with the service received and our product.
Restrictions and Regulations:

Our shipping costs cover all export customs procedures and bank commissions.
The importer is responsible for all import procedures in the country receiving the coffee order, including payment of taxes.
We conduct international shipments once a week. Your order will be shipped on Thursdays each week if you make the purchase no later than Tuesday at 16:00 hrs Costa Rica time. Purchases made after this day and time will be shipped the following week.
